You might hear us mention that once you become a customer = you become family. This is what we mean by that statement

We are not your typical #ShingleSlapping Roofing Contractor.
We take a lot of pride in educating our customers with many products, payments, financing, timeline, and installation options.
Where most roofing contractors are willing to do shingle-over-shingle jobs, cut corners by reusing original material we believe in doing the job right the first time around.

Here is a short story of one of the customers that hired us to swap out the roof of a home her father built.
During the install process, she was very passionate about each step as this home was built by her father which has since passed.
Rhonda (one of our Louisiana area managers) tells the story perfectly.

[My customer today said she felt so well cared for as she was in tears just watching step by step as we tore if the old roof off to put on the new one.
She said the house was very special to her as it was built by her daddy who has since passed and meant a lot to him over the years.

She keep thanking me and the crew during the entire job just grateful someone was able to work around her schedule and her particular situation.

“My home will feel so much safer now that you helped me put this new roof on – i can’t thank you enough”, she also said “I can’t believe how loved you all make me feel” during this process also.”

Yvonne hugged me tight and said thank you Rhonda for restoring some of my faith in mankind again.
She made me cry.]
